Guests can request session bookings directly from their bundle view. Bundle managers review each request and approve or reject it. Approved sessions are automatically added to the bundle.

For guests: request a booking

Open your bundle link

Click the link in your invite email to open your bundle page. Sign in with the email address the invite was sent to.

Go to Book a Session

Scroll to the Book a Session section on your bundle page.

Select a date and time

Choose an available date and time slot from the calendar.

Choose a duration

Select a session duration: 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.

Submit the booking request

Review your selection and submit the request.

Receive a confirmation email

You receive an email confirming that your request was submitted and is awaiting review.

Wait for approval

Your bundle manager reviews the request and approves or rejects it.

Receive the outcome by email

You receive an email notifying you whether the session was approved or rejected.

Booking rules for guests

  • You can only book sessions within a 30-day window from today.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
  • A session is only confirmed after your bundle manager approves it.

For bundle managers: approve or reject requests

Receive the booking request email

When a guest submits a booking request, you receive an email notification.

Open Pending Requests

Go to the bundle dashboard and find the Pending Requests section.

Review the request

Each pending request shows the requested date, time, and duration.

Approve or reject

Click Approve to confirm the session, or Reject to decline it. If rejecting, you can include a reason for the guest.
When you approve a request:
  • The session is automatically added to the bundle.
  • The session syncs to your Google Calendar.
  • The guest receives an approval email.
When you reject a request, the guest receives a rejection email with any reason you provided.
